刘功炜，男，汉族，1992年2月生，讲师。2022年获西北农林科技大学农学博士学位，2022年至2025年在西北农林科技大学从事博士后研究工作。2025年11月来校任教，主要从事动物营养与饲料科学方面的教学科研工作。

新型饲料资源开发与利用，羊营养调控与高效健康养殖。
